Arson Investigation Underway in Liberty

Investigators from the Missouri Division of Fire Safety and the Liberty Fire and Police Departments are currently on the scene of a criminal investigation at 400 West Kansas Street, Liberty, MO. The structure is a 4-plex apartment building.

Anyone in the general area who observed any suspicious activity between 3:00 am and 4:00 am on Sunday, June 14, 2020, or is missing a fuel container, are asked to call the Arson Hotline at 800-39-ARSON (800-392-7766).

A $5,000 reward fund is in place for information leading to an arrest.
