Smithville Music Studio Celebrates New Location

The Smithville Music Studio is celebrating the opening a brand new facility with two events in June. The studio is having a ribbon cutting in cooperation with The Smithville Chamber of Commerce at the new facility at 1500 South US Highway 169 in Smithville on Wednesday, June 2, at 11:30 am. Students, local businesses and the public are invited to attend.

The music studio will also host a grand re-opening on Sunday, June 6 from 2 – 5 pm. This event is also at the new facility on 169 Highway. The public is invited for a live concert by students, giveaways, drawings, refreshments and tours of the studios.

Smithville Music Studio is owned by Tim Sublette who has taught music in the Kansas City Northland for over 37 years. The studio moved to its new, larger location last year during the pandemic. The studio provides lessons for guitar, banjo, ukulele, voice, piano, drums and select band instruments. For more information contact the studio at 816-873-2313 or visit the website.
