Kearney Bulldogs Ranked 13th in Metro-Wide Top-25

Two weeks into the season, after impressive road victories against two Missouri Class-5 teams, Kearney shot up to number 13 in the 810varsity.com top 25. In a ranking that includes both Kansas and Missouri schools, the Kearney Bulldogs have earned their place among the top 25 high school football teams in the metro area.

The Bulldogs are 2-0 on the season after a 21-14 overtime win at Platte County and a 39-17 victory at Fort Osage last Friday.

The Bulldogs host the number-10 ranked, Class-4 State Champion, Smithville Warriors at 7:00pm this Friday, September 9. KPGZ 102.7FM will broadcast the live, play-by-play action with the pre-game beginning at 6:40.
