Chamber Welcomes Administrative Assistant

The Kearney Chamber of Commerce has added a much needed staff person to help with the administrative duties of the organization.

Grace Carr started working for the Chamber on January 4. She has been learning about Chamber functions in the community as well as duties of the new Visitor’s Center.

“I will be working part time at the Kearney Chamber of Commerce as a Desktop Publishing Specialist/Administrative Assistant,” said Carr. “I am excited to meet everyone, and hopeful to get started down the path of a career in communications!”

Grace is currently in her second year of college at the University of Missouri Kansas City where she is studying Professional Communications. She also enjoys teaching at the dance studio where she has studied dance for years.
