The Clay County Sheriff's Office is looking for two separate individuals who have been reported missing in Clay County.

Andrew Mullin

Andrew Mullin was last seen the evening of Monday, Nov. 27, in the 12200 block of Fourth Street in Mosby.

He is 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing orange bib overalls.

His family has concerns about his mental health.

Bert Torrey

81-year-old Bert L. Torrey. He was last seen about 6 am, December 5, at his home near NE 77th Street and Nebo Hills Road in rural Liberty. He has dementia and diabetes and is without his medication. He may be driving a maroon 2015 Chrysler 200 sedan with Missouri license plate NA4-X4N. He does not have his phone with him.

Bert was last seen in a black fur coat, blue overalls, brown work boots and unknow shirt color. Bert has gray, short hair with a full, short gray beard. Bert has glasses but does not wear them most of the time.

Please call 911 if you have information regarding the whereabouts of either of these two men.
