Lane Closures Return to I-35

Crews will continue pavement patching along portions of Interstate 35 near MO Route PP and MO Route 92, Aug. 31 – Sept. 1, 5-6. There could be delays in the area. All work is weather permitting. Once patching work is completed crews will diamond grind the surface to smooth out the patches.

Thursday, August 31

Crews will close one lane of traffic on southbound I-35 at mile marker 24 starting at 6:30 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 1

Crews will close one lane of traffic on southbound I-35 at mile marker 24 starting at 6:30 a.m. until 12 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 5 – Wednesday, Sept. 6

Crews will close one lane of traffic on southbound I-35 at mile marker 24 starting at 6:30 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
