Fall Pickleball Clinic and Leagues Now Open

The Kearney Parks and Recreation Department announces pickleball leagues are now open for enrollment. In addition, a pickleball skills clinic will take place this month.

Skills and Drills Clinic

PPA Professional Pickleball Player Julie Johnson is back in Kearney to host a Pickleball Clinic for Intermediate and Advanced players.

The clinic will take place on Saturday, June 22, from 9 – 11 am, at the Kearney Pickleball Complex, 619 E 19th St, Kearney, MO.

The cost of the clinic is $80, and space is limited to 16 participants.

Fall Leagues

Pickleball league enrollment for the fall session is now open. The fall schedule runs from August 5 – September 30, and will consist of a 6-week league with a 7th week double elimination tournament. Competitive leagues will have 3 matches per night.

All league divisions will be held on courts 1-7 at the Kearney Pickleball Complex, 619 E 19th Street.

The beginner's league is for true beginners to learn the game better through playing. The Social league is intended for beginner to intermediate players who want a fun, lightly competitive game. Advanced Social is for skilled players looking for a fun, relaxed league.
