Kearney School District’s 2021-2022 academic year starts on Tuesday, Aug. 24. KSD is hosting a series of events in the next month to help students and families hit the ground running when classes begin.
KEARNEY EARLY EDUCATION CENTER
Puppy Pound Open House – 2 to 3:30 p.m., Aug. 13
Forest Friends Open House – 4 to 6 p.m., Aug. 19
Acorn Patch Open House – 4 to 6 p.m., Aug. 26
ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS (Dogwood Elementary, Hawthorne Elementary, Kearney Elementary, LENS and Southview Elementary)
Kindergarten Orientation – 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., Aug. 5

6th Grade Transition and Schedule Pickup – 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Aug. 10
