Governor Parson signed Senate Bill 631 into law on June 4, 2020, which authorizes a new excuse for absentee voting as well as mail-in ballots. This bill will only apply to the August 4, 2020 primary election and the November 3, 2020 general election. Bulldog Football to Start Workouts June 15th - With Restrictions

Clay County Phase 2 Openings Allow Youth Sports Practices with Controlled Restrictions

On June 1st, Clay County entered phase 2 of reopening which allows for gatherings of up to 50 people, compared to the previous limit of 10. Phase 2 also states that organized sports are allowed to return with certain restrictions in place. Clay County said the target date to return to full contact practice is June 22nd, with the target date for a return of actual games set for July 24th.
