Kearney Boys Fall to Smithville 61-45

The Smithville Warriors took advantage of the Bulldogs’ low percentage shooting in a 61-45 win on Tuesday night at the Kearney Field House. 

Davin Hanna and Ashton Holloway were the Kearney point leaders with 13 and 11 respectively. The Bulldogs struggled beyond the 3-point line, scoring on only 6 of 18 attempts while hitting 18 of 38 from the field.

The Kearney boys basketball squad is 5-11 overall and 2-3 in conference this season. The Bulldogs travel to Raytown South on Friday, January 28.
