Pavement Patching Continues on I-35

Crews will continue pavement sawing and patching along portions of Interstate 35 near MO Route PP and MO Route 92, Aug. 4 and Aug. 7-9. There could be delays in the area. All work is weather permitting. Once patching work is completed crews will diamond grind the surface to smooth out the patches.

Crews will close one lane of northbound I-35 at MO Route 92 from approximately 12 a.m. until 2 p.m. for pavement sawing Friday Aug. 4 and again Monday, Aug. 7 through Wednesday, Aug. 9.

Crews will close one lane of southbound I-35 at MO Route PP from approximately 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. for pavement patching Friday Aug. 4 and again Monday, Aug. 7 through Wednesday, Aug. 9.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
